Wilhelm Construction & Design, LLC is seeking a motivated, dependable, and skilled Remodeling Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling, home repairs, and maintenance, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should have experience in many of the following areas: Demolition Framing Insulation Drywall installation, finishing, and repair Interior and exterior painting Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes, and walls) Hardwood, laminate, and LVP flooring installation Cabinet, vanity, and countertop installation Interior and exterior trim work Door and window installation Siding installation General home repairs and remodeling tasks Jobsite cleanup and organization
Qualifications: Proven experience in residential remodeling or skilled carpentry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Respectful and courteous with customers, coworkers, and their property. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Requirements: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Personal cell phone for communication. Basic hand tools required (additional specialty tools are a plus). Ability to successfully pass a background check (no felony convictions). Ability to work in various weather conditions and on ladders as required.
