Your New Role\n
- \n
- \n
Travel to residential customers throughout St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri
- \n
Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and more
- \n
Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and identify the cause of equipment failures
- \n
Replace defective components and complete repairs according to manufacturer recommendations
- \n
Explain repair recommendations, costs, and maintenance tips to customers in a clear and professional manner
- \n
Complete service documentation accurately and maintain vehicle stock and parts inventory
- \n
Follow company safety procedures and applicable local regulations
- \n
Deliver professional, courteous customer service during every appointment

At least 2 years of residential appliance repair experience
- \n
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for major household appliances
- \n
Experience using common hand tools, testing equipment, and service software
- \n
Knowledge of safe repair practices and industry standards
- \n
Strong communication and customer service skills
- \n
Valid driver's license
- \n
Authorization to work in the United States
