Role: Construction Estimator

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000

Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor delivering commercial groudn and renovation projects across Northeast Ohio to bring on an Estimator. The business has a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who can bring precision and structure to how projects get priced and won.

\n
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲: You will prepare takeoffs, cost estimates and bid packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with preconstruction and operations to ensure bids are competitive and commercially sound.
\n
\n
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
\n
• Demonstrated estimating experience within commercial or industrial construction
\n
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
\n
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently
\n
\n
𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• Experience with design-build or general contracting delivery models
\n
• Established relationships with regional subcontractors
\n
\n

• $130,000 to $160,000
\n
• Permanent

• Hybrid working, based in Cleveland, OH
