Fort Myers - Service Technician

<h1>Assistant Superintendent </h1>Ultimate LLC is looking to hire superintendents to run commercial projects at waste water treatment plants in the Jacksonville, FL area. The salary range is $85k-$100k per year based on experience. You will need to have prior superintendent experience on a Water/Wastewater Treatment project/facility.  Ultimate Superintendent requirements Ideal: 5+ years of experience managing WWTP construction projects for a performing contractor (on-site, field operations management). Minimum: 1+ year of recent Superintendent experience with 5+ years of overall experience in construction as a foreman or crew lead for a contractor (a blend of self-perform and subcontractor management). Experience leading projects including mechanical, industrial, LNG, oil &amp; gas, chemical, or paper mills, etc. Ultimate Expectations <ul><li>Lead and manage all field operations of assigned projects including, but not limited to, supervising foremen, managing subcontractors and vendors, quality control, safety management, equipment utilization and coordinating with other superintendents. </li><li>Review, manage and execute all contract documents, and directives received from the project manager.
