El deber primordial de la persona que ocupa esta plaza consiste en la ejecución de las siguientes tareas de acuerdo con las políticas, directrices y procedimientos de la Compañía:

<li>Preparar la plantilla de la edición a cubrir.</li>
<li>Aportar en cuáles serán los reportajes remotos y en vivo que tendrán los reporteros en la calle.</li>
<li>Coordinar entrevistas.</li>
<li>Trabajar en la preparación de los segmentos fijos asignados.</li>
<li>Redactar noticias, titulares y todo lo que se presente en el “teleprompter”.</li>
<li>Trabajar en la producción de gráficas y montarlas en el rundown.</li>
<li>Apoyar en el control de ser necesario.</li>
<li>Cualquier responsabilidad y/o tarea requerida por su supervisor para el funcionamiento efectivo de los noticieros del canal.</li>

Senior Project Manager Position Description &amp; Assignments
We are recruiting for a full‐time Senior Project Manager position for a large multiple-award federal design-build program. This position has long‐term employment possibilities. Primary duties will include complete responsibility for managing contract award processes, pre-construction planning, directing and overseeing the successful execution of the projects, preparing proposals, estimating, bid documents, closeout, overall P/L of the project and completion of design-build and construction projects. These tasks involve technical knowledge, extensive communication and coordination skills, consideration for quality control and safety on the job, cost control, labor resources, purchasing, material expediting, and a wide variety of project and contract paperwork and documentation. These tasks must provide team management, networking and handling of subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

<li>Preparation and/or review of submittals – Submittal registers, transmittal documents, lists of contracting/subcontracting personnel, catalog cuts, sample products &amp; materials, submittal packages for approval by government and design engineers.</li>

Qualifications and Required Skills

Position Summary
<ul>
<li>Heavy Housekeeper / Floor Tech - Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction &amp; bonneting) of areas that include offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas, such as dining rooms. Responsible for collecting trash/recycling/soiled linen from the units and for the proper disposal of trash/recycling/laundry in an outside/soiled linen barrel container. Additional outside work may be assigned, including policing grounds.</li>
<li>Safety - Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions. Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions while adhering to all safety precautions. Reporting equipment/cleaning product needs and or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion. Ensure the established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met. Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures to ensure that a sanitary environment is achieved at all times. Follow proper reporting, isolation, and handwashing procedures/techniques.</li>
<li>Punctuality - Consistent attendance and punctual arrival. Timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule. Respond to the paging system in a timely and appropriate manner.</li>
<li>Customer Experience - Positively represents HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, and client staff.</li>

Weld using GTAW on Inconel &amp; Stainless Steel alloys having a thickness range of .020" to .112" per AWS D17.1. Certify in auto Tig welding, Seam Welding, and/or Laser welding and Brazing Fabricate details for tubes, hoses or duct assemblies by scribing, cutting, grinding and fitting to tight tolerances Evaluate, disassemble, inspect, disposition and reassemble customer field returns in accordance with component overhaul manuals and/or other approved technical documents. Perform all tasks to the FAA, EASA and CAAC approved procedures. 
Possess a clear understanding of all FAA, EASA, and CAAC approved procedures. Prepare a concise and accurate documentation package for every repaired or overhauled unit Perform various repair operations such as polishing, grinding, sandblasting, cleaning, spray coating to specifications. Certify in auto Tig welding, Seam Welding, and/or Laser welding. 
Ability to perform testing of components using high air pressure and/or water under pressure per safety operation procedures Operate manual lathes, and drill press to perform a sequence of precision operations such as machining on a variety of metal components Read blueprints and in accordance with standard shop practices Ensure quality of parts through visual inspection and physical measurement using a wide variety of hand tools and gages. Expected to work in accordance with general safety rules and practices, train other technicians as required, participate in continuous improvement of processes, keeps work area clean and free from hazards following 5S+ guidelines. Responsible for finished parts conformity to procedure, print or specification. 
Must be a team player and be able to multi-task. Effectively communicate with customers and auditors as needed. Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor, which could include receiving/shipping, final test, and non-destructive testing. 
H.S.
