Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

<li>Three or more years of field or trade experience as a commercial plumber working (government, military, or large commercial construction projects preferred).</li>
<li>Experience in the design-build industry is a plus.</li>
<li>CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS required (training can be provided).</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required, with preference given to candidates who have completed courses in construction management or plumbing trade school.</li>
<li>Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook preferred).</li>
<li>BIM software knowledge is preferred, with training available.</li>

**Qualifications:** 
- Any combination equivalent to the experience and education that could likely provide the
required knowledge and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to obtain the
knowledge and abilities would be equivalent to graduation from high school and previous
experience in building inspection, construction trades, construction management, or related field preferred.
- Certification as a building inspector or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
 ICC Certifications potentially to include:
