Required Qualifications:

Position Details
As an entry-level Group-Home Staff, you support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living including:
<ul>
<li>Participating in fun activities</li>
<li>Budgeting</li>
<li>Meal preparation</li>
<li>Help the individuals try new things. </li>
<li>Shopping</li>
<li>Mentor the individuals to learn new skills</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>No experience needed.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train you.
