Join Our Laundry and Housekeeping Team!
We are looking for a dedicated Laundry Attendant and/or Housekeeper to provide a clean, comfortable experience for our guests. If you take pride in attention to detail and have a strong work ethic, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to meet quality standards
- Maintain common areas, keeping them inviting and presentable
- Handle laundry needs for guest rooms and hotel linen as required
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Replenish guest room supplies and restock cleaning carts
- Report any maintenance issues to management
- Role will include folding laundry and transporting laundry within the building
Qualifications:
- Experience with cleaning tools and products is preferred, but training is provided
- High attention to detail to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment
- Strong sense of reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to understand Spanish is a plus

Estamos buscando un Asistente de Lavandería y/o Ama de Llaves dedicado para proporcionar una experiencia limpia y cómoda para nuestros huéspedes. Si te enorgullece la atención a los detalles y tienes una fuerte ética de trabajo, nos encantaría que formaras parte de nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Limpiar y preparar a fondo las habitaciones para cumplir con los estándares de calidad
- Mantener las áreas comunes, manteniéndolas acogedoras y presentables
- Manejar las necesidades de lavandería para las habitaciones y la ropa de cama del hotel según sea necesario
- Usar y mantener el equipo de limpieza de manera efectiva y segura
- Reponer los suministros de las habitaciones y restablecer los carritos de limpieza
- Informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento a la gerencia
- El puesto incluirá doblar la ropa de lavandería y transportar la ropa dentro del edificio
Calificaciones:
- Se prefiere experiencia con herramientas y productos de limpieza, pero se ofrece capacitación
- Alta atención a los detalles para mantener un ambiente impecable y acogedor
- Fuerte sentido de responsabilidad y puntualidad
- Actitud positiva y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
- La habilidad de entender inglés es una ventaja
