Job Description:
The Medical Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments for X-Rays, MRI Scans, CT Scans and Ultrasounds. This role ensures efficient patient flow, accurate scheduling, and excellent customer service while serving as the first point of contact for patients seeking care.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments for X-Rays, MRI Scans, CT Scans and Ultrasounds.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate referrals and obtain necessary authorizations from insurance companies when required.
</li>
<li>
Manage provider schedules to optimize clinic efficiency and minimize gaps or overlaps.
</li>
<li>
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding appointments and services.
</li>
<li>
Maintain and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
</li>
<li>
Communicate with clinical staff regarding schedule changes, urgent appointments, and special patient needs.
</li>
<li>
Assist with rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up appointments.
</li>
<li>
Ensure proper documentation of all scheduling activities.
</li>
<li>
Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and referring providers.
</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience in orthopedic or chiropractice scheduling </li>
<li>Bilingual- English and Spanish (preferred) </li>
<li>Must complete the typing test (32 or above) </li>
</ul>
Schedule/Shift:
Schedule can be from 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm

POSITION SUMMARY The Director of food and beverage will be responsible for providing support and strategic direction to the overall food and beverage functions of the hotel including a full-service restaurant, quick service restaurant, seasonal pool operation, and hotel banquets. <li>Oversee all aspects of restaurant, hotel, and event operations at the hotel to ensure excellence in guest service, hospitality, and food quality.</li>
<li>Drive financial performance of the restaurant by maximizing revenues and controlling COGS, labor, and expenses inclusive of monthly inventory.</li>
<li>Provide a positive work environment for staff members by giving them the tools they need to be successful with open, honest, and direct communication.</li>
<li>Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety and perform needed repairs and maintenance promptly.</li>
<li>Provide effective leadership for management and culinary teams by being engaged in daily operations, providing direction and support to achieve goals.</li>
<li>Training: Ensuring all brand and department specific training requirements are met, and training is documented and retained.</li>
<li>Service Standards: Monitors Food and Beverage service at the hotel. Monitors secret shopper, and other service score/customer feedback programs and reporting and makes recommendations based on findings. Performs regular on-site inspections of Food and Beverage operations for evaluation, training, and support. Works collaboratively with Managers, and Hotel General Manager to determine and implement proper service strategy.</li>
<li>Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation amongst all team members</li>
<li>Utilize budgets to meet financial obligations</li>
<li>Develops and implements food and beverage plan</li>
<li>Hiring: Work closely with the F&amp;B Recruiter and HR to hire sufficient staff for all outlets at the hotel.</li>

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>10+ years of progressive Food and Beverage management experience at a senior level with back of the house and front of the house operations, ideally with independent restaurant experience, as well as catering, banquets and general hotel responsibilities.</li>
<li>Hotel management experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.</li>

 The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives.
