We are looking for production associates to join our team. Our production associates’ duties include using a crane, reading work orders, learning specs, using precision measurement tools, heat treating aluminum aircraft parts, and trouble shooting/repairing the machine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures.</li>

<li>Operates automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures.</li>
<li>Controls heat-treating furnaces, baths and quenching equipment to alter physical and chemical properties of metal objects, using specifications and methods of controlled heating/cooling</li>
<li>Places parts in racks, trays, or baskets and places objects on conveyor or loads</li>
<li>Determines temperature and time of heating cycle, and type and temperature of baths and quenching medium to attain specified hardness, toughness, and ductility of parts.</li>
<li>Use standard heating charts, utilize knowledge of heat treating methods, equipment, and properties of metals. </li>
<li>Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.</li>
<li>Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications.</li>
<li>Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.</li>
<li>Fits and assembles parts into complete assembly.</li>
<li>Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly.</li>
<li>Installs machine replacement parts in mechanisms, machines, and equipment, and tests operation of unit to ensure functionality and performance.</li>
<li>Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.</li>
<li>Report to work on time, good regular attendance, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.</li>
