A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Operations Center (WNOC) Lead to oversee 24x7x365 operations supporting Customes Border Protections Land Mobile Radio (LMR) environment within the TACCOM program. The WNOC Lead ensures reliable mission communications by directing monitoring, triage, service restoration, and customer support for CBP wireless networks and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Operate a 24x7x365 WNOC for TACCOM LMR; act as the single POC for the GPM, TPOC/TM, and GS.</li>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and ticket; provide timely, accurate feedback and status updates.</li>
<li>Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and targeted questions; determine best solutions based on issue context.</li>
<li>Walk customers through step-by-step problem resolution, own issues through restoration and closure.</li>
<li>Escalate unresolved incidents per standard procedures to appropriate internal teams and wireless application owners (LMR, COTHEN, USBP, CBP FTO, etc.).</li>
<li>Record events/problems/actions/resolutions in logs and the ticketing system; ensure proper categorization and closure.</li>
<li>Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency); identify anomalies and initiate remediation or escalation.</li>
<li>Identify and propose procedure improvements; document knowledge as tech notes/articles and maintain current SOPs/runbooks.</li>
<li>Check computer hardware (HDDs, peripherals) for functionality; install/configure software and functions per specifications; guide users on operation.</li>
<li>Reset passwords and unlock user accounts; perform Motorola radio console password resets as required.</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution; coordinate field activities as needed.</li>
<li>Stage and prepare TACCOM LMR equipment for shipment to field sites under government oversight.</li>
<li>Under government direction, support the test laboratory on non-production systems: set up equipment, configure, test, disassemble, and package.</li>
<li>Support AtHoc technical events and projects; ensure communications readiness for planned activities.</li>
<li>Provide daily/weekly/monthly CIO-ready operational reports from ticketing systems and databases; ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Upon identification of a resolution, implement solutions or workarounds within two (2) hours, or based on field site availability, fully document outcomes.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.</li>

About the Role:
 
In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location, serving customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer’s unique situation, and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes. Whether assisting with simple W2 filings, navigating life events (marriage, children, elder care), or handling more complex tax scenarios like business income, amendments, or investments, you will serve as the go-to expert for your clients.
 
Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. TurboTax will provide a straightforward playbook, essential tools, and dedicated support to facilitate your success.

What You’ll Do:

<li>Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments). Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice. Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language. </li>
<li>Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Embody a "community ambassador" and "business owner" mindset to cultivate a robust customer base for TurboTax. Serve as the local face of TurboTax, actively engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. Organize local events, with the support of TurboTax, to create opportunities for customer engagement. </li>
<li>Educate and Communicate Confidently - Enthusiastically represent TurboTax in your local community. TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Experts will confidently take on the role of its public face with the support, guidance, and resources provided by Intuit. Who You Are: 
<ul>
<li>Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. </li>
<li>Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes. </li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. </li>
<li>Familiarity with Circular 230 </li>
<li>Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location </li>
<li>Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies </li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus </li>
<li>Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing</li>

Job DescriptionThe ideal HVAC Service Technician candidate should have exceptional customer service and HVAC service experience. Successful candidates are organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Service Manager. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
