Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented 1st Shift, Warehouse Operator (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) to support warehouse and production operations through effective inventory management.


This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing material movements, and ensuring materials are available to support shipping and manufacturing activities.


Responsibilities

  • Receive, put away, and organize materials within the warehouse and production areas.
  • Utilize SAP to accurately process inventory transactions.
  • Restock inventory and production bins as needed.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity.
  • Follow all warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with identifying inventory discrepancies and support continuous process improvements.
  • Read and follow work instructions and documentation, including handling non-conforming materials when required.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure efficient material flow.


Qualifications

  • Warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience preferred.
  • Experience using SAP or another ERP system is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of inventory control, order processing, and warehouse best practices.
  • Ability to participate in monthly cycle count activities.
