<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>
</ul>
 Preferred Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>One-year experience in building custodial work.</li>
</ul>
 Physical Requirements	 
<ul>
<li>Push, pull or carry large or bulky objects/equipment. </li>
<li>Lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis. </li>
<li>Stand for long periods of time. </li>
<li>Walk up to 3 miles. </li>
<li>Conduct regular overhead work. </li>
<li>Grip, hold and operate vibration producing power equipment. </li>
<li>Dexterity to bend, stoop and lift on a regular basis. </li>
<li>Frequent climbing (ex. ladders, stairs).</li>
</ul>
 Position Salary: Salary will be $34,195 per year with an excellent benefits package.
