Responsibilities

<li>Collaborating with management to assess hiring needs and attract qualified candidates to fill open roles.</li>
<li>Designing and implementing competitive benefits programs that enhance recruitment and promote employee wellness.</li>
<li>Building and maintaining effective compensation structures, ensuring salary data and market studies are current and accessible.</li>
<li>Staying up to date with compliance regulations and employment laws to ensure HR practices meet all legal requirements.</li>
<li>Overseeing payroll, timekeeping, and onboarding processes, while developing training programs with department leaders to support employee growth at all levels.</li>
</ul>
 
Skills and Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.</li>
<li>At least 4 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role.</li>
<li>Conversational proficiency in Spanish and English.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
</ul>
