ABOUT THE ROLE
The RTM Software Test Specialist tracks and synchronizes software testing for RTM. The STS coordinates with release trains from other Government Point of Contact projects and other NGA offices to ensure stakeholders are aware of testing efforts and that capability satisfies dependencies and cross-program functionality where required. 
DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Works with required NGA testing organizations according to their processes and standards.</li>
<li>Ensures that Factory Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness Testing, NTO Test Readiness Review (TRR) are scheduled and monitors execution.</li>
<li>Works at the Release Train Level. Monitors all testing and all demonstrations of all software package deliveries in their Release Trains.</li>
<li>Establishes and conducts all demonstration gates, working with Mission and Product owners, vendors and engineers to coordinate meetings and document conversations, changes and decisions for each proposed set of solutions.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience, or Master's plus 3 years of experience in Government Program and Information Technology or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in monitoring and reporting on testing and deployment of complex systems into operations. </li>
<li>Experience working within a SAFe Agile framework.</li>
<li>Experience using JIRA/Confluence, and Tableau. </li>
<li>Experience directly supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency </li>
</ul>

<ul>

Principal Accountabilities
<ul>
<li>Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility</li>

Make a bigger difference POSITION OVERVIEW: The CCBHC Medical Director is a highly skilled psychiatrist who provides leadership and guidance to clinicians and programs at a Coordinated Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC). The Medical Director will partner with the CCBHC Senior Director and other clinical and administrative leadership to ensure and promote the provision of integrated care. The Medical Director will report to the Chief of Psychiatry and will work in a traditional clinical role up to 20% of the time. The Medical Director will lead clinical team meetings such as high-risk meetings, case conferences, and monthly utilization reviews in partnership with other clinical leadership. They will also assist with providing prescription coverage when providers at the hub are not working, assisting with clinical consultations, and escalation pathways. The CCBHC Medical director should have extensive experience with substance use treatment and possess a Federal DATA 2000 waiver (buprenorphine-certified). KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • supports psychiatric best practices at the CCBHC including driving process and quality improvement processes related to HEDIS &amp; MIPS measures. • support new practitioners joining the CCBHC by providing a clinical orientation of new hires, including support in the use of the electronic health record, and navigating a complex system. • provide practitioners at the hub with chart reviews, focusing on strengths and areas for improvement • supports recruitment efforts by interviewing psychiatric candidates for the CCBHC • supports the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NPP) Residency either by providing back up to preceptors in the residency when coverage is needed and/or assisting with didactics • Supervise NPP Students who are currently enrolled in graduate programs seeing clients at a CCBHC • Supervise Psych providers working at the CCBHC. • Provides direct client services. • Partners with CCBHC site-based leadership to guide and oversee clinical operations CORE COMPETENCIES • Extensive experience providing psychiatric care, preferably with a wide range of diagnoses and demographic groups including substance use disorders. • Demonstrated commitment to, ability for, and experience in training new providers. • Comfort supervising students and newly graduated NPPs, including some NPPs coming from academic programs where they were not allowed to independently treat clients at all. • Comfort with providing supervision via remote, technology-based systems like TEAMS. EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIRED: • Active New York State medical license and DEA. Approved PECOS and OPRA status in NYS required. • Specialty or considerable experience in Substance Use Treatment required with a preference for subspecialty board certification in addiction psychiatry from the American Board of Medical Specialties; an addiction certification from the American Society of Addiction Medicine; a certification by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM); or a subspecialty board certification in Addiction Medicine from the American Osteopathic Association. COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: • Strong Knowledge of MS Office Suite VISUAL AND MANUAL DEXIERITY: • The candidate should be able to read documents for analytical purposes such as computer information, software, computer graphic design programs, etc. • The candidate should be able to travel to program sites, as needed, within NYC.
