Summary
Excellent career opportunity for a Materials Management Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in the oil refinery setting. In this role, you will be working with an outstanding flagship organization to support major US operations. You will utilize your technical aptitude and knowledge of oil refining specific materials to act as key regional resource ensuring the integrity of our client’s master data. As part of a high-functioning team, you will integrate data provided by engineering, maintenance, reliability, operations, and materials management groups through interaction with regional units and with a focus on compiling and maintaining accurate, consistent, robust, and timely data. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Transact all aspects of Materials Management and Inventory Control functionality using SAP and other computerized management system</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate and complete material master data</li>
<li>Support our client’s Inventory Control functionality.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with all levels of the business unit and regional personnel regarding material master data and BOMs</li>
<li>Support the Material Master Creation and Initial BOM Creation processes, including: Review and validate material master request; update Bill of Materials; and provide input in the development of controls, processes and procedures to ensure effective maintenance and integrity of material master data</li>
<li>Gather data and review all recommended inventory stocking levels for material masters to ensure the optimal levels are maintained</li>
<li>Communicate with buyers and warehouse personnel to ensure materials are ordered and inventoried properly</li>
<li>Provide recommended process changes to Master Data and BOM Creation processes. Ensure implemented changes are documented and that all affected parties understand the changes and any new requirements</li>
<li>Support corporate and site-specific projects.</li>
<li>Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents to determine the correct requirements for MM options.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills and Expertise
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint, etc.; and SAP and MMRS module</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Master Data and BOM creation practices</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team structure to achieve set objectives and deliverables and strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and short timelines simultaneously</li>
<li>Customer oriented focus, delivering for customers and communicating effectively.</li>

Materials Management Analyst

As the Group Life Product Manager you will lead the product vision and service delivery focused on customer and distribution channel needs.  This position will be empowered and accountable to drive specific business and operational outcomes such as increasing market share and retention goals and defining service capabilities while aligning tactical decisions with product strategy. 
 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Product Development Consultant, Group Life Insurance

 Overview: 
Employee  Benefits Solutions (EBS) seeks to create a new position, the Enrollment Director, to provide coordinated, cross-unit leadership to the employee-level sales process – known as enrollment – as part of our newly developed strategic plan.  This position requires leading industry expertise of the employee benefits ecosystem, with a demonstrated track record of successfully increasing enrollment. 
The successful candidate will do this by developing and maintaining industry-leading solutions and offerings designed to grow average enrollment, as well as the activation of these solutions through the development of targeted enrollment plans with the sales and account management teams supporting prospect and current clients. This work requires individual thought leadership, enrollment team leadership and the orchestration of the efforts of many areas across Securian, including EBS, Marketing, Technology and Business Services.
 Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
 Own and Develop EBS’ Enrollment Offerings Advocate for the development of new offerings and incorporate enrollment growth strategies into approved unit plans. Provide individual thought leadership for solutions, as well as leverage dedicated enrollment specialists to provide ongoing business ownership for our offerings.
 Employer-client level activation 
Lead the development of client-specific enrollment activation plans for targeted clients on an annual basis.  Qualifications: 
<li>10+ years of employee benefits experience through any combination of roles at carriers, brokerages, consultants, or enrollment firms/technology platforms.
</li>
<li>Successful track record of growing enrollment with employee benefits programs.
</li>
<li>Prior experience developing new solutions targeted at employee communication and engagement.
</li>
<li>Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with a various internal and external stakeholders yielding a high level of satisfaction.
</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively share information with varying audiences and respond appropriately.
</li>
<li>Demonstrated independence, as well as the ability to work in a team environment to solve problems in a timely and sustainable manner.
</li>
<li>Prior experience as a direct manager or people leader with a successful track record of employee growth.
 Preferred Qualifications:

<li>4 years’ experience with Group Life, Accident, Critical Illness and/or hospital indemnity insurance.
</li>
<li>2 years' experience working for a carrier.

<li>Knowledge of data exchange standards and practices within employee benefits.
