Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) will be a graduate of an A.M.A. approved Allied Health program in radiologic technology or an AA in diagnostic medical sonography. Minimum Requirements:

Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Field HSE Supervisor assists in the overall supervision and administration of project safety, accountability, accident and fire protection programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. 
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”</li>
<li>Represents the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”</li>
<li>Assist in controlling hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities through interface with project management and supervisory personnel.</li>
<li>Assist in supervision and administration of safety, first aid and rescue squad activities. Assume total responsibility for safety operation when assigned to shift work.</li>
<li>Participate in developing and conducting staff and craft safety orientation training program.</li>
<li>Conduct work area surveillance inspections, air-sampling tests for confined space entry, property damage and personal injury investigations.</li>
<li>Document all accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions and activities. Issue confined area entry and “hot work” permits as required.</li>
<li>Accompany safety, health and insurance inspections on walk through tours as required.</li>
<li>Review safety related journals, catalogues, etc. to keep abreast of changes or improvements in protective safety equipment, materials and gear.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing written appeals for safety violation citations.</li>
<li>Reviews all critical crane lifts and man-basket lifts as required.</li>
<li>Issues direction to all site Safety Representatives.</li>
<li>Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates.</li>
<li>Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5+ years safety experience as an individual contributor in construction or industrial fabrication facility or equivalent background, plus 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge and ability to enforce all federal state, local and company safety regulations required.</li>
<li>Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures essential.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills also required.</li>
</ul>
