This is the store owner's 2nd location. There will be an opportunity to be hired and trained at the Beaumont, TX location and move to the new Lumberton location in 2025!&nbsp;&nbsp;
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following; other duties may be assigned as required:

<li>Performing marine surveys and/or audits in the field as directed by the Area Manager or Vice President and as required by the company’s ISO Quality and Environmental Procedures.</li>
<li>Ensuring the timely flow of information to/from clients throughout the survey and/or audit process in the field.&nbsp; Acknowledging receipt of assignment to client when designated, and ensuring preliminary advice is prepared and submitted after completion of fieldwork when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Producing and submitting concise, technically, and grammatically correct survey and/or audit reports based on the appropriate report template in line with Company procedures, schedules, and&nbsp; customers’ requirements.</li>
<li>Assisting the Area Manager with the handling of customer complaints and adjustment of invoices.</li>
<li>Recognizing potential new business and bringing such to the attention of management.</li>
<li>Promoting company services in the marine industry including visiting clients and participating in industry activities.</li>
<li>Following the company’s Health, Safety, Security &amp; Environmental Manual requirements, including participating in monthly safety meetings.</li>
<li>Pursuing personal development through in-house training, appropriate external training opportunities, and joining professional organizations.</li>

Required Education &amp; Experience:

<li>College graduate, maritime college preferred, or the equivalent time in the marine industry - five (5) years sea-going experience in a certificated position, or five (5) years’ experience in marine surveying field, or five (5) years of comparable marine experience.</li>
<li>Membership of NAMSGlobal is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Report and technical writing skills will be a consideration.</li>

As a Senior Director of Foster Care &amp; Adoption, you will Shine Hope as you oversee and lead the operations of Domestic Foster Care and Adoption Services. Provide strategic leadership , and direction of Buckner domestic foster care and adoption programs and post permanency services to strengthen alignment with best practices, quality control standards, and support achievement of desired outcomes through the demonstration of operational competence for continued successful program development. What you'll do:

<li>Analyze program needs; oversee development and implementation of changes in domestic foster care and adoption programs. Responsible for demonstrating operational competence for continued program development. </li>
