Clerical Office Coordinator Job Description:
Looking for a highly motivated and well dedicated Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in Port Arthur, TX. to assist with all administrative duties in an office environment, including some clerical duties and inventory in a small building/warehouse. Duties in the office include answering phones, customer service, data entry, preparing emails, reports, and other correspondence as needed. This candidate must be punctual, professional, motivated, and very dependable.
Clerical Office Coordinator Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication
- Basic computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to pass screenings
- Data entry
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Work Shifts Available:
Work schedule is 5 days a week 7:30am to 4:30pm
