Summary:
Responsible for the pulmonary care of critical, non-critical, and chronically ill adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under the direction of a physician with minimal supervision. Performs various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures in all areas of the hospital. Performs patient assessments and institutes respiratory care plans.
Responsibilities:

Job Summary
This individual is responsible for ensuring repairs and calibration services are performed on patient care and support equipment within the facility. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Supervises, trains, and directs biomedical technicians and other support staff</li>
<li>Administers and ensures the validity of the asset management software program</li>
<li>Ensures timely work order administration</li>
<li>Administers on-call, maintenance, and inspection schedules</li>
<li>Reviews and approves purchase orders</li>
<li>Reviews financial statements and budgets preparation with senior management</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Certification and/or Associate Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology required.</li>
<li>Prior military training and experience preferred</li>
<li>A minimum of five years of experience in the biomedical field required</li>
<li>A minimum of three years of supervisory experience required</li>
<li>Must have knowledge, ability, and willingness to perform duties of biomedicaltechnician</li>
<li>Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to work independently a must </li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.</li>
<li>Perform and lead teams in light housekeeping, heavy housekeeping, and laundry aide duties across varying shifts.</li>
<li>Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects and programs.</li>
<li>Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software.</li>
<li>Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.</li>
<li>Use protective gear appropriately; ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.</li>
<li>Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff, residents, and guests.</li>

Qualifications

<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.</li>
