<li>Financial system knowledge, understanding of financial controls, work paper documentation, and demonstrated ability to document technical accounting issues. </li>
<li>Background should include monthly close, account reconciliation preparation, P&amp;L review, variance analysis, and process improvements. </li>
<li>Above average proficiency with Excel; Hyperion and Great Plains experience a plus </li>
<li>Motivated, self-starter with a track record of delivering results </li>
<li>Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</li>
