CTI, Inc. is hiring Class A HAZMAT CDL Drivers for our Benson/Curtiss, AZ terminal.
 
This position requires drivers to load, transport, and deliver products, including sulfuric acid and ammonium nitrate products in pneumatic and tanker trailers to various mines and aggregate sites throughout Arizona and New Mexico. Drivers are typically home daily and run local and regional routes.

**Acid operations are outside in the elements and require a chemical-resistant acid suit, rubber gloves, rubber boots, a full-face respirator, and any other required PPE to be worn at all times while in aHot Zone.In addition, having to wear a full-face respirator for specific tasks, alsorequires that you are clean-shaven daily.
 
We operate 24/7/365. Work schedules vary, depending on business needs. Load assignments are given based on hours of service available. Commodities vary by the terminal. Tractors are dedicated, trailers are shared and slip-seating is expected.

CDL Truck Driver Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid Class A CDL</li>
<li>HAZMAT &amp; Tank endorsements required; Double/Triple preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 23 Years of age</li>
<li>1-year experience operating a combination vehicle. Less experience will be considered on an individual basis and may require an extended training period.</li>

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) requirements:
PPE is required and must be worn in accordance with company policy and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each work site. PPE is typically issued by our safety department and may include but is not limited to:
 Hard hat with face shield
 Goggles/Spoggles
 Gloves
 Long sleeve shirt
 Reflective vest
 Hearing protection
 Respirator Mask (varies according to the work site)
 Steel toe boots (not supplied by CTI)

Respirators: CTI employees are required to wear a full and/or half-mask respirator for any job task that requires a respirator. Respirators (PPE) are distributed by CTI and are used to protect employees from those occupational hazards caused by breathing contaminated air (harmful dust, fogs, fumes, mists, gases, smokes, sprays, or vapors). All CTI employees who are required to wear a respirator must be clean-shaven daily and in compliance with respirator protocols at all times.

<li>Manage patients with invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, CVP, Swan-Ganz catheters); interpret data and report abnormalities.</li>
<li>Respond effectively to emergency situations, including cardiac or respiratory arrest, hemorrhage, and shock; initiate life-saving measures when required.</li>
<li>Coordinate care across departments (Cath Lab, ICU, PACU, recovery, nursing units) to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.</li>
<li>Prepare, maintain, and circulate in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory for routine and emergency procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Support cardiovascular, interventional radiology, vascular, pulmonary, GI, EP, and emergency procedures, including pre-procedure assessment and post-procedure recovery.</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committees, education, and staff training.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, ethical/legal standards, infection control, and patient safety requirements.</li>
<li>Assist with administrative duties including chart preparation, supply management, and program support (safety, radiation, infection control).</li>
<li>Support cardiopulmonary clinic activities such as stress testing, EKGs, Holter monitoring, and other assigned duties.</li>
<li>Float to other units as needed, with Cath Lab responsibilities taking priority.</li>
