Responsibilities:
As a Settlement Clerk, your key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently printing, signing, and elucidating Retail Installment Contracts along with aftermarket warranties and products.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and understanding company policies and procedures to ensure departmental compliance.
- Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with teammates to achieve shared objectives.
- Responding promptly and appropriately to all corporate emails.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, to update and maintain daily logs.
- Applying a practical understanding to execute instructions and manage tasks. Addressing problems with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Keeping up a professional demeanor and maintaining an organized work environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should:
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, showcasing the capacity to address multiple customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
