Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN
Job Summary:
Holly Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, a 75-bed skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, and memory care facility in Towson, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a part- or full-time capacity. As an LPN at Holly Hill, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and patients while delivering exceptional resident-centered care and supporting a positive clinical environment.
Responsibilities:

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate clinical leadership

Accurately document care provided and resident responses

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs/GNAs, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members

Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care planning activities
-
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned staff

Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
Minimum Qualifications:

Current, active Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment

Long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
