We’re currently hiring a Truck & Equipment Parts Counter Inside Sales Representative for our Wall, New Jersey location. Are you a driven professional with experience in truck and equipment parts sales? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment where customer service and product knowledge are key? If so, we’d love to have you join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with truck and equipment parts inquiries and purchases
- Accurately identify parts and provide pricing and availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanics, fleet managers, and shop owners
- Process orders efficiently using our inventory system
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in truck and/or equipment parts sales (heavy-duty experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (order entry, inventory lookup)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
