This role offers the chance to work both in the shop and on the road, performing diagnostics and repairs on Vermeer machinery. Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay: $25–$35 (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
- Production bonuses available
- Full-time schedule with flexibility – no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Manager
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions (hydraulics and electrical systems)
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
- Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
- Stay current with industry and technical advancements
- Communicate with the factory for technical support
- Perform additional duties as assigned
