We're looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department, support our Service Team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving departmental growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department.

Maintain accurate inventory levels through forecasting, ordering, receiving, and cycle counts.

Develop and execute inventory strategies that maximize turns while minimizing obsolete inventory.

Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians receive parts quickly and accurately.

Manage vendor relationships and manufacturer ordering programs.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop Parts Department staff.

Create an outstanding customer experience for both retail and wholesale customers.

Monitor department performance, sales, gross profit, and key performance indicators.

Merchandise the showroom with accessories, riding gear, and seasonal displays.

Ensure warranty parts, returns, and cores are processed accurately and on time.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts warehouse and retail area.

Utilize dealership management software and manufacturer systems efficiently.
Qualifications
-
Previous dealership Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred.

Automotive or powersports dealership experience strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of OEM parts catalogs and inventory management.

Experience with dealership management systems such as Lightspeed, CDK, or similar platforms is a plus.

Proven leadership and team development skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
