What You’ll Do:
Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads and online inquiries
Build strong customer relationships through personalized follow-up via phone, email, and text
Guide customers through vehicle selection, providing accurate information on pricing, features, and financing
Set and confirm appointments to drive showroom traffic and increase sales opportunities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient handoff process
Track all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Stay current on inventory, promotions, and market trends to provide relevant, timely information
Deliver a modern, seamless online-to-in-store buying experience
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in internet sales, automotive sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple leads while maintaining speed and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
Valid driver’s license required
Automotive knowledge is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
