Move trailers with a truck or tractor
Do small repairs and maintenance on shop equipment (golf carts, forklifts, tractors, trucks)
Work in Parts
Keep track of inventory and reorder parts

Help customers in person and on the phone
Ship parts to customers
Help on the Lot
Unload, assemble, and park new trailers
Keep the lot organized
Hook up trailers to customer vehicles and check safety

Requirements:
What you need:
A valid driver’s license
Know how to use power tools and hand tools
Can stand, bend, lift 50 lbs all day
Able to work Saturdays
Can do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Can write clearly
Quick to learn new skills

Experience fixing RVs, trailers, or trucks

We're Automotive Avenues, the largest independent used vehicle dealership in New Jersey and one of the largest dealerships in the country, and we need your help! We're hiring an experienced auto repair professional to join our Wall Township, NJ team full-time and accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain our customers' vehicles. AUTOMOTIVE TECH - MECHANIC PAY &amp; BENEFITS:

<li>Terrific salary of $100,000 to $175,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)</li>

THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

<li>Working Monday through Friday (with optional Saturdays) from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm</li>
<li>Using various tools to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues</li>
<li>Replacing defective parts and installing new ones</li>
<li>Coordinating with the service team to complete timely, high-quality auto repairs</li>
</ul>
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of auto repair experience OR technical school completion</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to provide your own tools</li>
</ul>
While not required, our ideal Automotive Tech - Mechanic also has:

<li>ASE certification</li>
<li>High school degree or equivalent</li>
