This will include the ability to wash vehicles using high pressure wash equipment, wax vehicles with power equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of all vehicle inventory on the dealership property. Report to both the Sales and Service Managers for direction and instruction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Wash and Wax vehicles (cars and trucks) in a timely manner as determined by managers requests. • Perform work as outlined by immediate superiors with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards. • Be sure all keys to vehicles are tagged and descriptions match the vehicles. • Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. • Advise service advisor or sales manager immediately if additional work is needed. • Keep in mind that customer’ vehicles should not be used for personal errands. • Supervise work of any apprentice technicians as assigned. • Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times. • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing disposal of hazardous wastes. Job Overview:
We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests and work as a team</li>
<li>2+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li>
<li>Diesel Technician / Mechanic experience&nbsp;required</li>
<li>Must have Diesel fuel system knowledge</li>
<li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li>
<li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li>
<li>Meet or exceed hourly goals</li>
<li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li>
<li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li>
<li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li>
<li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li>
<li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li>
<li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li>
<li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li>
</ul>

New England Truck Center is seeking a highly motivated&nbsp;Parts Counter Specialist in our Pembroke, NH location.&nbsp;This role requires efficient support of the parts department, parts staff, service department and service writers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies.</li>
<li>Dispenses parts to service mechanics.</li>
<li>Identifies optimum sources for replacement parts and assemblies.</li>
<li>Purchases standard items.</li>
<li>Receives and inspects incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality of materials.</li>
<li>Processes invoices for payments and maintains proper records.</li>
<li>Obtains quotes on major expenditures and obtains approval for non-routine purchases.</li>
