An Estimator is responsible for owning the full estimates and repair process post-vehicle teardown and ensuring quality repairs are provided promptly.  This position requires teammates to have a proven track record of high performance, possess an advanced level of technical knowledge regarding collision repair estimates, be able to communicate detailed repair processes to Body Technicians, and be familiar with major insurance carrier procedures and requirements.

The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located. 
  
The Detailer is responsible for cleaning and inspecting the customer's vehicle before and after the repair process. You must be able to identify damage flaws and inspect the vehicle upon completion.  Always willing to go above and beyond the customer’s expectations.  
  
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Polish fresh paint work for delivery</li>
<li>Clean body shop residue from inside of vehicle surface and floor</li>
<li>Clean overspray off the exterior of the vehicle</li>
<li>Vacuum interiors and dust interiors</li>
<li>Clean undercarriage residue from the vehicle and detail for proper delivery</li>
<li>Polish old paint on a vehicle to new look finish</li>
<li>Remove small scratches from body panels/ hard surfaces</li>
<li>Thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, deodorizing, and sanitizing interiors</li>
</ul>
 
Skills, Qualifications, &amp; Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Must have a valid drivers license </li>
<li>Automotive interest and desire to develop a career in the industry</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with others</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to understand basic instructions</li>
<li>Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments</li>
</ul>
  
Physical Requirements:        
<ul>
<li>Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel and pull</li>
<li>Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs</li>
<li>Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)</li>
<li>Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment</li>
<li>Performing repetitive motions</li>
