Responsabilidades Principales:

<li>Diagnosticar y reparar fallos mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos en generadores comerciales.</li>
<li>Llevar a cabo inspecciones regulares y pruebas de funcionamiento para asegurar el rendimiento eficiente de los equipos.</li>
<li>Realizar cambios de aceite, filtros y otros componentes de mantenimiento rutinario.</li>

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Mechanic is to maintain, service, and repair the company’s mechanical equipment, including pumps, generators, and related equipment.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Service, repair, and maintain the company’s fleet and mechanical equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and execute necessary repairs</li>
<li>Complete necessary service and maintenance on all equipment</li>
<li>Perform quality checks on repaired equipment</li>
<li>Perform manual disassembly and assembly of pumping equipment and mechanisms</li>
<li>Repair and maintain submersible and centrifugal pumps as well as generators</li>
<li>Maintain service order process, including providing descriptions of repairs on maintenance on mechanical equipment's; file appropriate documentation as required</li>
<li>Keep work area clean and organized for enhanced shop operations</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service records on all equipment serviced</li>
<li>Dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with company and regulatory agency requirements</li>
<li>Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards</li>
<li>Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the service and repair of large equipment preferred</li>
<li>Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish</li>
<li>Degree or certificate in diesel or heavy-duty repairs or related field desired</li>
<li>Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects</li>
<li>Proficient in utilizing current technology to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements</li>
<li>Skilled in use of various tools used to maintain and repair mechanical equipment</li>
