Position Summary
The Trails Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair and construction of trail systems to ensure safe, sustainable, and enjoyable access for users. The Trails Technician works independently and as part of a team, follows environmental and safety standards and supports long-term sustainability through proactive maintenance.
 
 
Primary Job Functions
•Maintain and repair trails, bridges, steps, erosion and related infrastructure to ensure safe member and guest access.
•Perform routine trail inspections to identify hazards, erosion issues, and maintenance needs.
•Clear and manage vegetation on tails and along corridors using hand tools and mowing equipment.
•Remove debris, fallen trees and obstacles from trails.
•Assist with trail signage installation and wayfinding improvements.

The General Service teammate performs a variety of automotive tasks to ensure customer vehicles are serviced safely and promptly, while gaining hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repair. This developmental role offers opportunities to build skills in the industry, with potential for growth into more advanced automotive positions. Responsibilities include tire installations, oil changes, and other minor repairs, as well as maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. The role requires clear communication with co-workers, and management with a focus on excellent customer service. 
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Tire Services - Installation, changes and repairs. </li>
<li>Oil &amp; Lube Services – Oil changes and lubrication, along with minor vehicle repairs.</li>
<li>Vehicle Inspections – Conduct inspections to identify needed mechanical services.</li>
<li>Maintenance - Perform scheduled maintenance services as directed by management. </li>
<li>Communication – Report service needs and updates to management promptly.</li>
<li>Property Care - Report any damage to company or customer property immediately.</li>
<li>Shop Maintenance – maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring the area is free from clutter and debris. </li>
<li>Customer Vehicle Handling - Pick up and drop off customer vehicles when necessary.</li>
<li>Post-Service Vehicle Care - Vacuums and cleans the windshield of all serviced vehicles. </li>
<li>Other Duties – Assist with any additional tasks as assigned. </li>
</ul>
SKILLS/ABILITIES:

<li>Ability to read and comprehend service/repair manuals and company standard operating procedures (SOP).</li>
<li>Ability to perform tasks/repairs in a timely fashion.</li>

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE:

<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li>
<li>Tire and lube technician experience a PLUS. </li>

WORK CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USE:

<li>Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.</li>
<li>Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to inspect the vehicle to determine repairs needed.</li>
<li>Good vision to inspect repair work.</li>
<li>Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.</li>
<li>Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when applicable.</li>
