Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Receive work assignments and customer schedules from the General Manager.</li>
<li>Perform scheduled and on-demand maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic services on diesel trucks, trailers, and equipment.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with customers regarding job progress, estimated completion times, and service details.</li>
<li>Provide timely updates to the General Manager regarding job status and any changes to the schedule.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service truck at all times.</li>
<li>Stock and manage daily inventory, tools, and all required documentation in the service truck (candidate must supply their own tools).</li>
<li>Operate the service vehicle safely and in full compliance with traffic laws and safety standards.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in diesel truck and trailer maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.</li>
<li>DOT Inspection Certification and Air Brake Certification required.</li>
<li>Must be capable of supplying and maintaining a sufficient inventory of personal tools needed to perform all job duties.</li>
<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.</li>
<li>Proven ability to interact directly with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently on all makes, models, and types of diesel vehicles and repairs.</li>
<li>Physical ability to stand, bend, lift 50+ lbs., and work in varied weather and temperature conditions.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks efficiently in a mobile environment.</li>
