What You’ll Do
You’re not just selling motorcycles; you’re creating unforgettable experiences.
- Welcome every customer like they’re already part of the family
- Guide riders through the journey of finding their perfect bike, new or pre-owned
- Demonstrate features, performance, and customization options with confidence
- Build excitement around accessories, upgrades, and personalization
- Turn every delivery into a memorable, share-worthy moment
- Follow up, build relationships, and earn repeat and referral business
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, promotions, and riding culture
- Execute paperwork and processes accurately and efficiently
- Consistently meet, and push beyond, sales goals

What You Bring
- Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a fast-paced, high-energy showroom environment
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the showroom for extended periods
- Capability to balance and maneuver motorcycles (600+ lbs)
- Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, and reaching
