Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electronic issues.
- Perform repairs on various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, steering, and electrical components.
- Repair and maintain diesel engines, powertrains, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brakes, shocks & struts, and other mechanical systems.
- Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications
- Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) certification
- Demonstrated experience in repairing heavy-duty vehicles.
