Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What experience and qualifications will set you apart?
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure (NC)
- Comfortable conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
As a key team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Crafting individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Implementing evidence-based therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring student progress, maintaining thorough documentation, and adjusting interventions as needed
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights to support student development
