POSITION SUMMARY: The D365 Technical Lead is a key member of the IT Department and Continuous Improvement team. They are the main point of contact for the high level and technical needs of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This includes but is not limited to managing system upgrades, installation and configuration of third-party add-ins, Build creation, and managing customizations. The ability to recognize and escalate priority issues and translate technical terms into non-technical language is critical to the success of this role.
