Role Focus This position emphasizes providing strategic legal counsel on a broad spectrum of international trade and regulatory matters, including: Regulatory Compliance and Counseling: Advising clients on federal regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Foreign Assets Control (sanctions), and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) regulations. Admission to the State Bar of Texas is required. 3. Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in Products Liability and general negligence. 4.
