Position: Field Marketing Leader - Canvassing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- Lead and support a team of canvassers
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Track daily activity, productivity, and team goals
- Develop strategies to improve performance and maximize results
- Conduct regular team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team canvass management experience is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation
