 You’re an expert with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even building mechanicals… and if there’s a maintenance problem with our building, you’ve got it covered! What You'll Do

<li>Heavy Equipment Operator: 7+ years of construction experience including regular time running heavy equipment including mid-size excavators, dozers, and grading equipment with preference for site management experience and specialized equipment use.</li>
<li>Sr. Heavy Equipment Operator: 10+ years of construction and site management experience including extensive time running 100,000lb+ tracking equipment including at least excavator and grading equipment.</li>
<li>Preference for experience operating micro- and macro-piling equipment as well as experience with Health &amp; Safety program implementation and client-facing communication.</li>
