Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and assist with the creation of sales reports, using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to track performance and financial data in collaboration with the accounting department.</li>
<li>Support financial tracking, including inventory reports, sales summaries, and budgeting tasks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy in sales data, forecasts, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on resolution.</li>
<li>Assist the business owner in managing time effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Proactively identify, prioritize, and manage tasks to ensure smooth operation of administrative and operational functions.</li>
<li>Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, and confidentiality.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required, Master’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a retail or sales administrative role, ideally within a high-end or luxury retail environment.</li>
<li>Must have prior business operations experience (required).</li>
<li>Proficiency with business software (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/CRM systems, etc.), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial tracking/reporting.</li>
<li>Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and correspondence.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales tracking.</li>
<li>Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational skills, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.</li>
