Conduct originatn & executn efforts across private securitizatns & Term ABS (Asset Backd Securities) transactns w/ Automotive, Unsecurd Consumr Loan, Crdit Card, Equipmnt, Device Paymnt Plans, & Solar consumr & commercl ABS asst classes. Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Math, Physics, Fin, Econ, or rel field (willg to accept for edu equiv) & 3 yrs of exp as a VP (ABS Originatns) or rel occupatn wrking in ABS Originatns (Bankg) across both US & European jurisdictns w/in an int'l bank or int'l financl servics org OR Master's deg (US or For Equiv) in Math, Physics, Fin, Econ, or rel field (willing to accept foreign edu equiv) & 1 yr of exp as a VP (ABS Originatns) or rel occupatn wrking in ABS Originatns (Bankg) across both US & Euro jurisdictns w/in an int'l bank or int'l financl servics org. Demonstratd Expertise (quant exp reqs not applicble to this sectn): Demonstrate Exp (DE) w/ securitizatn acrss both the U.S. & Europe for Asset- Backd Securities (ABS) consumr & commercl Asset-Backd Securities (ABS) issuers; DE leveragg MS apps (incl Excel), as well as Bloomberg & Intex to facilitate the initiatn, structurg, & implementatn of private ABS warehse & Term ABS transactns; DE workg w/ Automotive, Unsecurd Consumr Loan, Credit Crd, Equipmnt, Device Paymnt Plans, & Solar consumr & commercl ABS asset classes; & DE leveragg Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) tech & Crdit Risk Transfr tech acrss multi regulatry regimes. *Dom & internat'l travel reqd 10%, often on short notice.
