Sr Scientist I w/Intercontinental Great Brands LLC (East Hanover, NJ). Plan, lead & coordinate technical projects in line with RDQ, MKTG & MFG reqs with a strong focus on consumer-led design & technical rigor. Bach deg or forgn equiv in Bioengg, Bioprocess, Food, or Chem Engg & 3 yrs of exp in a Scientist or Eng position in the food or snack MFG industry. Exp must include: planning & leading technical projects from lab to commercialization, developing, planning for, & carrying out lab, pilot plant & MFG trials according to project reqs; using the Idea to Market Commercialization process or similar Product Lifecycle Mgmt; conducting appropriate testing to characterize critical to quality specs that are quantifiable & repeatable; & gathering & analyzing data from testing results to develop recommendations to advance project technical & commercial readiness. 10% intl & domstc travel reqd.
