Legal: Sullivan & Cromwell LLP seeks Sr Assoc., Litigation, in NY, NY under supervision of partners: as member of Litigation Practice Group, under supervision of partners, oversee case mgmt, identify legal issues & strategies, & supervise associates working on complex gov't & internal investigations & comm'l litigation & int'l comm'l disputes, incl those involving multiple claims, multiple parties, differing applicable laws, & multiple jurisdictions. Req'mts: JD or foreign equiv in job offered or rel. occupation & 4 yrs of exp at an int'l law firm: working on gov't & internal investigations & int'l comm'l litigation involving multiple claims & parties & researching & drafting legal memoranda. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS.
