Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Sr Assoc., Investment Funds in NY, NY, to advise clients on formation of priv investment funds, incl private equity funds, hedge funds & hybrid/evergreen funds. Req'mts: Master of Laws (LLM) or foreign equiv & 3 yrs of exp in the job offered or rel. occupation: practicing corp. investment funds law. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS.
