Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Sr Assoc., Debt Financing in NY, NY to draft, negotiate & doc credit agreements, security agreements & various other legal docs concerned w/debt fin'ce transactions. Req'mts: JD or foreign equiv in job offered or rel. occupation & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: representing corp. & fin'l institution clients in domestic & int'l debt fin'ce transactions, incl: drafting, reviewing, negotiating & advising bank & corp. clients in connection w/debt fin'ce transaction docs. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
