Senior System Engineer, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Analyze the Customer Service Requests, estimate the Service Requests. Prepare Technical Specifications. Perform programming and Code change. Responsible for End to end Testing of development. Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases. Handling QA and Production. Manage Production Incidents (Tickets). Identify Root Cause and Applying. Conduct status Meeting with Teams and managers. Responsible for project documentation and reviews. Address Client Enquiries and Questions. Provide support to project health reviews. Generate Ideas to Improve System. Utilize MS Visio, JIRA, Service Now, Java, Javascript, Middleware, SQL, Jenkins, GitHub. Required: Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Masters degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior System Engineer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing MS Visio, JIRA, Service Now, Java, Javascript, Middleware, SQL, Jenkins, GitHub. $152,859 to $194,900 per year.
