- Our client is looking to add a Sales Representative to their team.
- Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for OEMs regarding pricing and contract adjustments.
- Manage and respond to new RFQs, leading a cross-functional team to meet deadlines and financial requirements.
- Coordinate customer inquiries, including preparation, documentation, and monitoring.
- Obtain and compile offers and related information, coordinating with internal departments for verification.
- Prepare offers by integrating internal and external documents, ensuring they meet customer-specific requirements.
- Present and negotiate offers with customers, supported by a cross-functional team.
- Manage and update contract conditions and pricing in the company’s system.
- Provide administrative support including preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a focus on business.
- At least three years of experience with an ERP system, such as SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required by business needs.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Accounting.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and managing customer relations.
- Familiarity with market trends, project management, and customer portals.
- Knowledge of financial and contractual terms.
