Inc., one of the leading construction management firms, is seeking candidates for a Project Manager position to manage & coordinate residential & commercial construction projects; perform construction schedule develop't & coordinate all construction phases. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engg, Constr Mgt or Quantity Surveying; 1 yr of exp as Assistant Project Mgr or Jr Project Mgr; 1 yr of exp managing constr project using Procore & MS Project; 1 yr of exp analyzing & measuring blueprints & drawings using Procore & Bluebeam, preparing periodic reports on progress & compliance, & monitoring budgets.
